It's a legal requirement. The Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 require all employers to provide adequate first aid provision. The number of trained staff depends on your workforce size and risk level. Failing an HSE inspection can result in fines and enforcement notices. We're happy to advise exactly what your business needs — no obligation.
Absolutely — this is the most common question we get. The 6-hour EFAW is ideal for lower-risk environments or businesses needing basic cover. The 2-day Paediatric First Aid is required for nurseries, childminders, and childcare settings. The 3-day First Aid at Work is the full qualification required for most designated first aiders in medium-to-large workplaces. Call us and we'll tell you exactly what you need in under 5 minutes.
No problem. We can arrange back-to-back sessions or run consecutive days to cover larger teams. Many businesses use this to train in shifts so operations aren't disrupted. Just tell us your headcount and we'll work out the most cost-effective option for you.
Nothing at all. Our instructor brings everything: manikins, AED trainers, bandages, and all materials. You just need to provide a suitable room with enough floor space for practical exercises — a conference room or break room usually works perfectly. We'll confirm the specifics when you book.
